Refund policy

Free Exchange for Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for an exchange, damages must be identified and presented to our delivery team upon delivery. We will process your request immediately and, if accepted, our delivery team will collect the item free of charge.

This does not apply to items that are custom-made or specially ordered including all built-in cabinetry.

Collection & Delivery Fees

If you only identify a damage after after the delivery team has left, you can contact hello@homeshake.com.sg to lodge your request. We will process it within the next working day.

Once accepted, we will schedule the collection and exchange the item free of charge.

There will be a $60 fee for the collection and delivery of the new item.
