Our Services for BTO Projects

You journey starts months before keys collection. Our experts will accompany you to identify space planning opportunities and propose carpentry solutions to meet your design expectations. With over 50 years of experience, we have built a team with in-house carpenters, plumbers, electricians. This allows us to develop with our clients a relationship based on trust where timeline and costs are controlled and transparent.

Interior Design

Months before keys collection, our in-house design team helps our clients with space planning, mood-board and 3D rendered drawings. We build an actual model of the flat and test various design options including carpentry and furniture. After finalizing construction drawings, we move into project management to bring your dream home to life.

Hacking & Haulage

Demolition works are minor in BTO projects due to HDB regulations. We cannot hack tiles in bathrooms or kitchens for the duration of the warranty (5 years). But our clients often ask to hack a partition wall to extend the living room or master bedroom. We help our clients obtain the HDB permit and arrange such works in the beginning of the project.

Masonry

For most BTO projects, tiling is restricted to an accent wall in the bathroom where we overlay tiles in the shower. It is also common to tile the kitchen backsplash to avoid the cost of a sintered stone. But we are also able to tile an entryway or lay vinyl and timber flooring to create a unite design.

False Ceiling

Lights points are fixed and hard to shift in HDB as we are not allowed to drill into the slab. As a result, we often build false ceiling in the living room, which allows us to relocate the main light point for a ceiling fan but also to create additional points for accent lighting. Highly recommended.

Carpentry

The star of the show: our formaldehyde-free quality cabinets will instantly elevate your home and turn it into a unique sanctuary. We use BLUM runners and recommend BLUM hinges to pass the test of humidity in Singapore. We also supply & install doors, shower screens, vanity cabinets, wardrobes, and of course beautiful kitchens for your new home.

Electrical / Plumbing

Final fittings are installed by our specialized workers after the carpentry. This includes faucets, shower accessories, pendant lights, but also smart switches if you want to upgrade your electrical system. This is the last step to prepare your home for your family to move in. After inspection, touch up, acid wash and cleaning, the project is completed.
