What to Expect when you Renovate your House in Singapore?

Let's take the example of a bathroom. As part of your renovation project, you may consider hacking the existing tiles, applying a new layer of waterproofing, retiling the floor and walls, erecting a false ceiling, replacing the window, installing new vanity or mirror cabinet and accessories as well as a new shower screen. Here are photos of all these steps in a landed house we renovated in Katong, where we also coordinated the roof waterproofing.

Interior Designers

We manage projects holistically, from space planning to manufacturing. We prepare 3D rendered drawings in 4K quality, technical construction drawings, project schedule and assign a dedicated project manager. We follow through with the right technical expertise.

Carpenters

We have our own team of carpenters and a carpentry workshop in Singapore. We manage site measurements, production and installation. We also liaise with our partner Oppolia's manufacturing plant in China for formaldehyde-free solutions and lacquered finishes.

Contractors

We are not just an ID firm or a carpentry workshop. We also have an in-house team electricians, plumbers, painters, tailors, tilers, general workers who bring their skills to the table. This means most of the project is managed in-house which helps to respect deadlines and control quality.
