We believe Singaporeans should be able to shop with piece of mind. That's why we offer an extensive warranty.
HomeShake's warranty covers material and workmanship defects. This excludes defects that are the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
We offer a minimum 5-Year Warranty on all carpentry products, up to no less than 10 Years for Selected Furniture.

Warranty commences from the date of delivery. Exact duration depends on the product category, as listed below.
If a material or manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period, HomeShake will repair or replace the defective piece.

How long is your warranty?
We offer a 5-Year Warranty on all carpentry, countertops, hardware, doors, door jambs, basins, shower screens, bathtubs and faucets. It goes up to 2 years for bed frames and 10 years for mattresses.

What does your warranty cover?
The warranty covers defective components under normal use, service and maintenance. It also covers defects occurring during the installation by our team. It is not transferrable to the subsequent owner.
I have a problem, who should I contact?
You can contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. You just need to list specifically what the defect is. We will probably need to schedule a site inspection with our team to assess and accept the claim. The whole process usually takes 1 to 4 weeks.
