How do I place an order?

Here is how to proceed. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box, then click the Add to Cart button.

When you are ready to checkout, you can click on the Cart button in the upper right hand section of any page and select Continue to Checkout. You can review the content of your cart, change quantities or remove items, and enter a promo code if you have one.

You will be requested to fill in your contact details, delivery, billing and payment information. Once the order is placed, a confirmation page will show your order number. An email confirming the receipt of the order with all order details will be sent promptly.

Is there a minimum order for online purchases?

There is no minimum order. We will process all orders regardless of the number of items.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept a variety of payments including PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards.

Do you charge taxes?

All of our prices are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes will be charged.

What are my delivery options?

At HomeShake, there is no delivery fee for orders above $300. It’s free.

Can I purchase furniture online?

All of the furniture items that appear on our website are available for purchase online. We also take orders for custom-made furniture through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, and obviously Consultations in our Workshop.

How soon can I receive an order?

Our goal is to deliver your furniture the quickest way, offering you the best service at the best price. Upon order receipt, our Customer Service Specialists review each order individually, and will contact you at the phone number you provided in your order to schedule a delivery time that would be convenient to you.
